Envo Mask Return Policy?
Envo Mask accepts returns for products that are not used and in their original packaging within 30 days of the date of shipment. All products must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and include all original parts and the original packing slip. Returns must be in resalable condition.
To start the return process, contact Envo Mask's customer service at 603-314-8180 or support@envomask.com within 30 days of your shipment date and provide the order number and details about the item you wish to return.
If you return an item within 30 days from the time of shipment, you will receive a full refund. After 30 days from the time of shipment and up to 60 days from the time of shipment, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns are not accepted after 60 days from the time of shipment.
Refunds within 30 days include the product’s original cost, taxes, and return shipping (if applicable, and up to $20.00) credited to your original payment method. If the customer pays for the return shipping, the returned shipping fees up to $20.00 will be refunded. After 30 days, Envo Mask will not pay for any return shipping fees.
